Our client is a growing electrical wholesaler who are recruiting for an internal sales person to join their team in the Birmingham area.

The Role

  • To contribute to the success of the branch and promote the companies name by providing excellent levels of customer service.
  • Maximise sales by providing high levels of customer service in all areas including answering phones promptly, handling queries and orders efficiently and accurately.
  • To increase the turnover and profit of the branch through the development of both existing and new business.
  • Calling on regular spending accounts, re-contacting and activating dormant accounts and cold calling potential new customers.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Assist customers on the trade counter.
  • To work as part of a team and help where required.

The Person

  • Enthusiastic, conscientious, good communicator, common sense, and a good attitude to work.
  • Electrical wholesale experience essential.
