This is a great opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop a profitable branch with a great team of experienced staff. As the Branch Manager, you will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics. Responsibilities: •As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy •Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets •Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts •Providing comprehensive training and development for staff •Ensure that your team meet operational standards •Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based •Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities Skills / Experience: Must have a proven track record working within the Electrical Wholesale market within a management position.
