Ref: JP1831 Vacancy: Internal Sales Industry: Electrical Wholesale Location: Dover Internal Sales person required for a successful electrical wholesaler in the Dover area. The role: * Working as part of a small team helping out where needed * Working in the sales office and on the trade counter where you will become an integral part of a busy and growing branch * Answer all telephone enquiries, dealing with sales queries and quotations * Serve on the trade counter providing a quick and accurate response to customer’s needs. * Assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets * You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis Skills & Experience needed: * Good Electrical Product knowledge * The ability to build relationships with different types of customer * Have worked on the trade counter or within an internal sales / telephone sales role previously in an electrical wholesale environment * Good telephone manner * Friendly, articulate, customer focused But above all, the company are looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and a desire to contribute to the success of the branch and the growth of the business. • Salary depending on experience up to circa £35k plus bonus.
