This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential, well-established 'Southwest and Wales' region. In this role, you’ll drive growth by expanding key accounts, developing new business, and building lasting relationships with customers across multiple sectors. We're seeking someone commercially astute, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering real value. A background in construction or plant hire would be a strong advantage, though candidates with relevant equipment or hire industry experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new and existing business within your territory
- Introduce the range of high-quality products and services to clients
- Conduct on-site visits to inspect and identify parts for quotation
- Maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers
- Plan and manage your own schedule to maximise efficiency
- Follow up on leads and convert them into profitable sales
- Input customer data and feedback into our CRM daily
- Monitor account performance and ensure smooth end-to-end account management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a field sales role, ideally in construction, plant hire, or quarrying
- A professional, consultative sales approach with a track record of results
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to build trust and close deals
- Experience selling spare parts or technical services would be an advantage
