Luxury Showroom Team Leader
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 + performance bonus potential up to £13,952 (OTE £43,952)
Location: Suffolk (Bury St. Edmunds area)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours/week, some weekend working on a rota basis

As a Showroom Team Leader, you\’ll play a key role in driving sales, supporting your team, and delivering a truly exceptional customer experience. You\’ll work in a beautiful showroom environment, leading by example and bringing your passion for interiors and luxury products to every interaction.
What you\’ll do:
- Lead and support a team of sales advisors, helping them hit targets and develop their skills
- Manage your own customer leads and conduct face‑to‑face showroom appointments
- Provide expert advice on products, pricing, and interiors, delivering an exceptional luxury experience
- Handle customer queries, quotations, payments, deliveries, and aftersales service
- Monitor CRM activity and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with staff induction and training, sharing your knowledge and passion for excellence
About you:
- Experienced in sales and confident in managing a team
- Knowledge or experience in luxury goods or interiors is a bonus
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and hands‑on
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communicator, able to inspire and lead your team
