We are recruiting for an Internal Sales person on behalf of a well-established electrical wholesale company. You will be working alongside a small, supportive team in a busy branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels in a customer-focused role and has knowledge of electrical wholesale products and services.
The Role:
- Processing orders, answering phones, responding to emails
- Raising quotations for customer orders
- Proactively develop new business opportunities
- Contacting dormant accounts to renew business
- Assisting with serving customers on the trade counter
- Stock control
Skills/experience:
- Electrical Wholesale experience
- Confident dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face
- Good customer service skills
