We are recruiting for an Electrical Wholesale Branch Manager on behalf of a successful business in Redruth, Cornwall. As the Branch Manager, you will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy
- Managing and achieving branch budgets and targets
- Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts
- Providing comprehensive training and development for staff
- Ensuring that your team meet operational standards
- Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based
- Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
Skills / Experience:
- Electrical Wholesale industry experience
- Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets
