The ability to positively influence relationships with both customers and suppliers is essential, for which you will need a proven sales / customer driven background with current or recent experience in the electrical wholesale industry.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for running the site, staffing, sales, logistics and other branch activities
- Working alongside the branch manager and taking responsibility when they are off site
- Provide customers with great service ensuring their continued loyalty
- Manage sales and look after key customers where required
- Sourcing special items
- You will have day-to-day operational responsibility and a hands on approach to the business.
- You will be working as part of the team as well as supervising the branch operations
- You will be developing good working relationships with customers whilst managing an experienced and stable team of people.
Requirements
- Recent or current electrical wholesale experience.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership skills to empower and develop their team and lead by example.
