This is more than just a management role — it’s your chance to shape a premium showroom experience, lead a motivated team, and drive real business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day running of a stylish kitchen and bathroom showroom — keeping it fresh, inspiring, and always customer-ready.
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing your team (team of 3) to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Creating innovative, practical kitchen and bathroom designs tailored to customers’ lifestyles and budgets.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with both trade and retail customers.
  • Identifying opportunities, converting enquiries into sales, and maximising margin.
  • Collaborating with the wider merchant team to unlock cross-selling opportunities and boost branch performance.
  • Managing stock, supplier relationships, promotions, and showroom presentation.
  • Tracking KPIs and implementing smart initiatives to accelerate growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your energy, creativity, and commercial drive will truly make a difference.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom design, with confidence using design software and presenting ideas that excite customers.
  • A strong sales background — ideally within a showroom, merchant, or home improvement setting.
  • Natural leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a small team.
  • Commercial awareness and the drive to spot opportunities and turn them into results.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, positive, roll-your-sleeves-up attitude.

What’s In It For You?

  • Competitive salary
  • Bonus scheme
  • Generous holiday allowance, increasing with length of service
  • Pension scheme
  • Ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities
  • Supportive, team-focused culture within a well-established business
