What’s on Offer • Negotiable salary depending on experience • Opportunity to join a successful and growing branch • Annual bonus scheme • Opportunity for further career progression The Role • Serving customers at the trade counter efficiently whilst building a good rapport • Taking customer orders and quotes • Handling enquiries • To ensure any issues raised by customers are quickly resolved • Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleague • Other sales / customer service related duties as required. • Assisting with picking and packing items for dispatch • Loading the van for deliveries • Carrying out stock checks • General warehouse duties The Person • Some experience in a trade counter sales role in the electrical wholesale industry • Good communication skills • Computer literate (inc Microsoft Office) • A hard-working team player with a flexible and helpful attitude • Friendly, articulate, customer focused If you're looking for a great opportunity, don't wait...apply today!
