What you will be doing
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) you will provide high‑quality evidence‑based care to children and young people in our specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service, supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. The service operates 24/7 with 12.5‑hour standard shifts. As a bank nurse you will work a zero‑hour contract, giving you the freedom to choose which shifts you want to work each week.

Are you a UK registered RN (RMN or RNLD) wanting control and flexibility to work the shifts you want? - Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
- Previous experience in a similar setting
- Strong team‑working skills
- A high level of self‑motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and natural caring and compassion
- A good sense of humour
There is no minimum number of hours that you need to work, although it is recommended to work as often as you can to ensure your induction knowledge and familiarity with the service is retained. Weekdays, nights and weekend shifts are regularly available, which can be viewed and booked through an app. Within a few taps you can secure the nursing shifts at Rhodes Wood Hospital that you want.

Rhodes Wood Hospital is a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 12 up to 18 years. Each treatment programme is tailored to the needs of the young person.
