Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support and assistance to our customers. This hybrid role is based in Gloucester but offers flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
