About the Role
As an Inventory Analyst specialising in traffic and customs, you will play a vital role in coordinating material flow, managing international shipment documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant import/export regulations. You'll liaise across departments and external partners to prevent delays and keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage shipment schedules and customs documentation to ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely movement of goods
- Monitor work processes, materials flow, and shipping accuracy
- Compile and maintain reports on inventory levels, shipping status, customs costs, and delivery performance
- Adjust schedules as needed based on customs delays, material shortages, or other issues
- Resolve shipping complaints and logistics issues with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies
- Distribute work orders and coordinate shipping documentation across departments
What You'll Bring
