We're currently seeking two experienced Power System Studies Engineers to support major international onshore energy projects.
Key Details
- Start: ASAP
- Rate: £65 per hour (Outside IR35)
- Location: Surrey
- Working Pattern: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Purpose of the Role
You’ll be providing power system studies support for onshore projects, working closely with project teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality engineering studies.
Scope of Work
- Running and reviewing power system studies
- Equipment sizing and system analysis
- Overseeing third-party study vendors
- Delivering studies using EMT software
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience with captive power generation with proven capability in:
- Load flow
- Short circuit
- Dynamic motor starting
- Harmonic studies
- Arc flash
- Transient stability
- Intermediate proficiency in ETAP, with a strong understanding of power systems within large-scale onshore projects
