This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Industrial Designer, to join a world-renowned consumer electronics company based in London.

We are looking for someone who will help create and develop exciting new and innovative products in line the companies exceptional design values. Working alongside the Design and Technical teams in creation of concept ideas, generating designs and prototypes for evaluation. There will also be an element of user research, generating ideas fed from user and market insights brought into the design team.
To be successful in your application, we are looking for the following skills and attributes, as well as a portfolio that demonstrates good flow from concept through to manufacture.
Minimum of 5 years industry experience.
Degree educated with experience working in either a design consultancy or consumer products company.
Proficient in 3D CAD – Including complex surfacing. SolidWorks / PTC Creo
Capable of interpreting briefs and communicating ideas quickly with fluent and confident hand sketching skills.
UX / ergonomics insight experience and translation into product concepts.
Must have a sound knowledge of 2D Design packages – in particular, the Adobe Suite.
Ability to create high quality visualisations – Keyshot / Cinema 4D
Confident to work with and manage external suppliers.
Self-motivated team player, with a positive and proactive approach.
Ability to mentor junior members of the Design team.

Salary: £45,000 – £48,500k + Benefits
