RHL Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Manager for a Mid Kent site. You will lead Mechanical, Electronic, Software and Physics/technical teams to deliver robust, manufacturable and commercially viable solutions aligned with customer requirements and manufacturing capability.
Based on-site, you will oversee concept to manufacture and installation, run cross-functional design reviews, manage technical risks and contribute to engineering strategy, budgeting and proposals while supporting staff.
