A new role has arisen to work as an M&E Project Manager in London, on a prestigious project providing M&E support of the build.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the project, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
  • Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the project life cycle.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems and regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or project management are preferred.
