A new role has arisen to work as an M&E Project Manager in London, on a prestigious project providing M&E support of the build.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
- Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the project life cycle.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
