About the Role
Many people don’t have a valid or up-to-date Will in place, leaving their loved ones unprotected. As a Field Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in addressing this by offering Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney at highly discounted rates. Your role will involve connecting with potential customers, introducing them to an essential service, and booking them in for a consultation with a professional Will writer. This isn’t just another sales opportunity - with pre-booked retail locations, there’s no cold calling or door knocking - just genuine conversations with customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attending pre-booked retail locations in Plymouth, typically within 10-15 miles max distance from your home.
- Operating Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturdays are essential).
- Engaging with passing customers, answering questions, and proactively starting conversations.
- Understanding their needs and providing personalised recommendations.
- Promoting and selling Wills from a trusted, award-winning law firm.
- Taking payments and booking customers in for a consultation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in face-to-face (B2C) sales.
- A natural people-person – confident, friendly, and an excellent communicator.
- A professional and approachable presence that builds trust with customers.
- Motivation and resilience – you enjoy working towards targets and thrive on results.
- Availability confirmed at least two weeks in advance of each month.
- Commitment to adhering to company standards, reporting sales promptly, and checking in when on-site.
