On behalf of their client based in the Midlands, Rhino Recruitment is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Credit Insurance New Business Broker to drive growth, develop strong market relationships, and deliver tailored trade credit solutions to prospective clients. This role focuses on winning new accounts, understanding client risk profiles, and structuring policies that protect cash flow and support sustainable expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, develop, and convert new business opportunities across targeted sectors and geographies.
- Engage directly with prospects to understand their trading environment, credit management practices, and risk appetite.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and market reviews.
- Negotiate terms with insurers to secure competitive, commercially viable trade credit insurance solutions.
- Maintain strong working relationships with underwriters, ensuring smooth placement and clear communication on risk.
- Provide technical guidance to prospects on policy structure, wording, risk mitigation, and credit-limit strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding and handover of newly won accounts.
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance against targets.
