Rhino Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering client based in Usk for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their skilled and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served welder/fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working on a diverse range of engineering projects. The successful candidate will join a business that offers genuine long-term career development, with opportunities to progress into supervisory, foreman, or estimating roles.

The Role
You will be working within a busy engineering environment, carrying out a range of fabrication and welding duties, including:
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and sketches
- TIG, MIG, and MMA welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel
- Sheet metal and frame fabrication
- Workshop-based fabrication with occasional site work
- Inspecting and maintaining the quality of your own work and supporting quality standards across the team
