Rhino Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client in Tredegar for an experienced Weekend Injection Mould Setter to join their growing production team. The Role

  • Working a permanent weekend shift, you will play a key role in supporting production by setting and optimising injection moulding machinery to ensure quality, efficiency, and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out tool changes on injection moulding machines.
  • Set up and prepare machinery for production runs.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure production meets quality and customer standards.
  • Support continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.
