Rhino Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client in Tredegar for an experienced Weekend Injection Mould Setter to join their growing production team. The Role
- Working a permanent weekend shift, you will play a key role in supporting production by setting and optimising injection moulding machinery to ensure quality, efficiency, and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
- Carry out tool changes on injection moulding machines.
- Set up and prepare machinery for production runs.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure production meets quality and customer standards.
- Support continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maximise efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Injection Mould Setter or similar manufacturing role.
- Knowledge of injection moulding processes and tooling.
