Rhino Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a thriving and award-winning legal practice with offices in Caerphilly, Blackwood, Barry, Cardiff, Bridgend, and Swansea. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding Private Client Department, based primarily in Bridgend. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor who is not only a strong private client practitioner but also keen to contribute to business development and departmental growth.
The Role
This is a permanent position within the Private Client Department, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will manage a substantial caseload with minimal supervision and play a key role in developing the department locally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking instructions and drafting Wills
- Taking instructions for and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Handling all aspects of probate and estate administration
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships
- Using case management systems effectively
- Adopting a commercial approach to billing, time recording, and work in progress reporting
- Contributing ideas and initiatives to expand and grow the Private Client Department within the Caerphilly office

- Full UK Driving Licence
