We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Assistant to support the successful delivery of projects across the business. The Role
As a Project Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to project teams, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and coordination of project activities and schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables and support deadline management.
- Assist with budget monitoring and expense tracking.

Requirements
