We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Assistant to support the successful delivery of projects across the business. The Role

As a Project Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to project teams, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of project activities and schedules.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Track project deliverables and support deadline management.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and expense tracking.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Project Support, Project Administration, or similar role within the construction industry.
