The Role

The role is ideal for candidates with a background in construction, plastering, drylining, or general maintenance. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on training and industry-recognised qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of passive fire protection systems
  • Carrying out plastering and drylining works
  • Working in line with RAMS and health & safety regulations
  • Reading and interpreting site drawings
  • Working across residential, commercial, and care environments
  • Ensuring all work meets required compliance standards (e.g. FIRAS)
  • Communicating progress and any site issues
  • Working independently and as part of a team

Skills & Attributes

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • Basic understanding of tools and measurements

  • Ability to manage workload and schedule
