My client is a fast growing Payroll Company and looking for a proven Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business across our contractor payroll and employment services.
This is a senior sales role with real autonomy, focused on winning and developing high-value clients across construction, engineering, logistics, and professional services.
If you understand CIS, umbrella, PAYE solutions, and how recruitment agencies and contractors operate, you’ll feel right at home.
What you’ll be doing
- Winning new agency and end-client partnerships
- Selling CIS payroll, umbrella services, PAYE and compliance solutions
- Building a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Managing and growing key accounts
- Negotiating commercial terms and closing high-value deals
- Working closely with operations to deliver a smooth onboarding experience
- Representing the business at industry events and meetings
