Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive sales coordinator to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating orders, preparing comprehensive quotes, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements but most importantly liaising with the customer to ensure a quality service. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities to foster positive client relationships and facilitate seamless collaboration with internal departments.
This role will be based between our Deeside and Nantwich sites however there may be occasions when you would be required to visit our Ellesmere Port site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Completing RFQ quotes and updating the RFQ spreadsheets.
- Send quotes to customers, manage design variants/revisions, liaising with customers, sales managers and designers.
- Supporting with creating configurator quotes.
- Chasing quotes / managing quote status on RFQ and configurator systems.
- Estimating costs for bespoke components (full training and tools provided).
- Handling incoming calls, enquiries and the email inbox.
- Liaising with operations to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Inputting orders and managing the BOM import process.
- Responsible for training customers on the configurator / encouraging configurator usage by customers.
- Video calls with customers to create quotes.
- Booking Transport for palletised orders.
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Excellent attention to detail is a must.
- Experience of working within a Sales Administrator or Customer Service role is advantageous.
- Willing to be ‘hands on’ during training to build products to achieve a full understanding of our product range and technical aspects.
- First-hand experience with ERP software and MS Office.
- Understanding of KPI metrics.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills is essential.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly when handling customer phone calls. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence and professionalism when resolving customer concerns, including challenging or dissatisfied callers.
