We're a marketing agency that lives and breathes automotive and we're looking for an Account Manager who wants to be at the wheel of some genuinely exciting client relationships.
The Role

- Keeping campaigns on track, on brief, and on budget, working closely with our creative and strategy teams
- Staying switched on to what's happening in automotive and marketing, and bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Being part of a team that backs each other and doesn't take itself too seriously
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an Account Manager, Client Services lead, or Retail Marketing Manager
- Great communication skills - you can talk to anyone, from a creative director to a client MD
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Automotive industry experience is preferable - ideally in a retail marketing or agency role, though an Account Management/Client Services background is also welcome
Bonus points for
- A love of cars or the wider motoring world
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns or CRM/project tools
- Comfort talking numbers, budgets, and growth
Why Join RGML
- Real growth, real impact - join a business scaling at pace, where your work visibly shapes what comes next
- Backed brands, bold ambition - be part of the RGML’s success story as it continues to build
- Purposeful Culture – we believe in building culture with purpose and intent. We value, develop and empower our people. We work hard, pull together when needed and importantly, we have a little fun along the way.
Our Commitment to Diversity
RGML is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, and we recruit and develop our people based on merit, regardless of age, disability, gender identity, marital status, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic.
