Social & Influencer Manager - India

Rhino Entertainment is currently seeking a creative and culturally attuned Social & Influencer Manager to enhance our brand presence, engage our community, and foster influence-led growth in India. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director , you will be responsible for making our brand relatable, visible, and viral across key platforms and culturally relevant moments.

What your role will look like:

1. Lead organic and paid social media strategies across Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
2. Source, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships and content creators.
3. Build and maintain a localized content calendar aligned with campaigns and cultural events.
4. Collaborate with CRM and brand teams to ensure consistent tone and messaging.
5. Monitor trends, festivals, memes, and content formats to stay relevant and relatable.
6. Contribute to quarterly growth plans with social and influencer-driven campaigns.
7. Participate in mystery shopping and brand testing to inform content and tone strategies.
8. Support UX and promotional localization by providing community insights.
9. Report monthly on engagement, influencer ROI, and sentiment trends.
10. Assist with competitive analysis focused on brand and influencer activities.

Note: The selected candidate may be based in Malta (Hybrid) or work remotely.

Requirements

• Over 3 years\’ experience in social media, influencer marketing, or community management, preferably in a youth-focused digital brand.
• Deep knowledge of Indian digital culture, creators, and player communities.
• Content-first mindset with proven ability to drive social engagement and ROI.
• Strong copywriting skills, capable of briefing creators and managing campaigns end-to-end.
