Rhinestone is building at the bleeding edge of the crypto UX stack. We provide infrastructure and tooling for smart wallets and intent-based transactions — creating the simplest way to deploy self‑custodial wallets and transact on any chain instantly, without bridging or requiring gas tokens. Our vision is simple: For blockchain technology to revolutionise the digital economy, we require mass adoption, which can only happen with a drastic improvement in user experience (UX). Smart wallets and intents are foundational to achieving this.

This position is our first growth hire. We have clear ICPs and a proven ability to support top teams in the space, including Newton by Magic Labs, Clave Wallet, Contango, Gemini, Safe, Reown (prev. Wallet Connect), Superform, Soneium, and more. We’re looking for a Head of Growth to take us to the next level!

The role involves:

  • Pioneer our GTM Strategy: Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with companies that are pre‑seed, all the way through to enterprise‑level players.
  • Build the Growth Engine: Architect and implement our business development and sales processes from scratch, setting the foundation for future growth.
  • Contribute to Product & Strategy: Act as a critical link between our customers and our product team. Translate customer needs and feedback into actionable insights, helping to shape our product roadmap and unlock new markets.
  • Lead with Expertise: Leverage your deep industry knowledge and existing network to create immediate value, securing key partnerships and serving as a thought leader in the space.
  • Drive Content Creation: Collaborate on marketing content, helping to tell our story and articulate the value of our technology to our prospective clients and the broader market.

Who are you:

  • You are a senior business development professional with a proven track record of success.
  • You are an expert in your field, yet scrappy enough to thrive in a fast‑paced, 0-1 startup environment.
  • You have 7+ years of experience in a role leading growth (product management, business development, product marketing, or sales) with at least 3 years in the crypto space.
  • You have a strong network within the crypto, fintech, or technology sectors, with the ability to immediately open doors to prospective clients and partners.
  • You are an exceptional communicator and relationship builder who can articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • You have a deep understanding of wallet infrastructure, smart accounts, or decentralised finance (DeFi).
  • You have a history of working at an early‑stage company and have experience taking a product from the initial stages to market.
  • You are a strategic thinker who can not only execute but also help define the long‑term vision for our commercial efforts.
