Rhidorroch Distillery is recruiting a General Manager to lead its newly opened bar, shop, beer garden, and eatery on Ullapool’s waterfront. This role suits someone hands-on and people-focused who is comfortable running day-to-day operations while helping shape a growing local business.

The role:

  • You will lead the team on site, setting standards and supporting staff through daily service and events.
  • You will oversee front of house operations, customer experience, and the smooth running of the venue.
  • You will manage stock ordering, supplier relationships, and basic financial controls.
  • You will ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met at all times.
  • You will support events, promotions, and the continued development of the business as it expands.

Working pattern:

This is a full-time role working no more than 40 hours per week. The role is based on site in Ullapool. Accommodation can be provided if required.
