- Acting as a key point of contact for digital activity (web, social media, email), partnering with IT and Digital teams to enhance omnichannel execution.
- Supporting internal and external communication initiatives, customer events, and the organization of global congresses, conferences, and virtual engagements.
- Ensuring strong alignment with commercial teams through consistent communication, best‑practice sharing, and feedback loops.
- Partnering with Medical & Clinical to execute the clinical evidence strategy (new claims, posters, publications).
- Managing internal and external stakeholders—including agencies and vendors—to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
- Owning annual Brand Plan development and contributing to long‑term category strategies.
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and driving insight‑led actions with commercial teams and R&D.

- Deepening customer and consumer understanding across Nurses, Physicians, Patients, Purchasers, as well as Regulatory, Market Access, and Reimbursement stakeholders.
- Engaging with KOLs and HCPs for strategic programmes (testimonials, case studies, speaking engagements).
- Conducting market research and translating insights into clear strategic recommendations.
- Support digital deployment at congresses, webinars, and campaigns using platforms such as ON24, LinkedIn, and others.
- Drive global-to-local digital campaign execution following the “digital glocalisation” process, leveraging new digital capabilities (MNT, Showpad, Optimizely, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Digital team to create relevant content and aligned digital channel strategies.
- Contribute to wider digital initiatives requiring brand input.
- Own budget management for your portfolio, including raising POs, onboarding new vendors, and maintaining accurate budget trackers.
- Manage timely submission and MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) approval of global marketing materials.
- Build and maintain marketing assets and product content, ensuring they remain current within the asset management system.
- Conduct and maintain competitive reviews and reporting.
- Lead market research, Voice of Customer (VoC), and insights‑generation initiatives to support brand and LCM projects.
- Partner with Business Intelligence, Pricing, and other functions to monitor sales performance and deliver reporting as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of global, regional, and local events—both in‑person and virtual—aligning them with global brand priorities.
- Represent the brand at internal and external meetings, contributing insights, updates, and strategic inputs.
