Position Overview: The primary purpose and scope of this job will be review of product documentation, batch review/release, ensuring GMP compliance and supporting QA Leads in NC/CAPA investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine statistical sampling testing & inspection activities on all production lines including product measurement, destructive testing and dye penetrant testing.
  • First piece/last piece inspection & approval.
  • Supports inspection/test related rework activities.
  • Support NC & CAPA investigation activities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Good numeracy and literacy skills, capable of performing calculations such as defect percentages.
  • Capable of using Office spreadsheet packages for data entry and basic calculations.
  • Constructive working attitude and diplomatic approach.
  • Understanding of medical device GMP requirements highly desirable.

Working Conditions: Onsite in Deeside – Production/Manufacturing.

Special Factors: Supporting other shift patterns where possible.
