About this Role

The Associate Global Product Manager plays a critical role in supporting the successful development, launch, and ongoing management of Continence Care products. This role ensures high‐quality execution across packaging, labelling, market data management, and market expansion processes. As a central point of coordination within Global Marketing, the jobholder will collaborate cross‐functionally to maintain data integrity, streamline processes, and ensure that markets have the information and tools required to deliver successful commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a core team member across all Packaging & Labelling projects
  • Manage the sourcing and validation of product codes (ICC, SAP, PZN, GTIN)
  • Collect, organise and validate technical data required for product registration in global markets (e.g., weights, measures, codes)
  • Own the production, maintenance, and approval workflows for Product Data Sheets
  • Support markets through the Market Extension Process (MEP) by validating submitted data
  • Maintain and update the repository of Release for Market (RFM) documents, ensuring accurate documentation across all relevant MEPs
  • Act as the central Global Marketing contact for incoming Market Data Requests, ensuring efficient triage to appropriate stakeholders (e.g., Global Marketing & Sales, Market Insights, Finance)
  • Maintain claims tables and upload new versions to Convatec approval system (Compass)
  • Support the development of Business Cases by collecting, verifying, and interpreting top‐down model data
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and robustness of commercial inputs

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong Excel proficiency with the ability to analyse and interpret numerical data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities; able to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational discipline
  • Proactive problem‐solver with strong time‐management and prioritisation skills

Working Conditions

This is a remote working position, however on‐site presence at the Office may be required on a regular basis. Therefore you must be located in the United Kingdom.
