The Role We are looking for a pragmatic, hands‑on Lead Electrical Engineer based in or near Leeds to take immediate ownership of our hardware platform. We are already progressing a baseline hardware design, and you will lead the integration, BESS specifications, and utility site deployments to bring it to market. Depending on your background and commitment level, this role can be structured as a Co‑Founder or a Founding Lead Engineer. What You’ll Do Hardware Ownership: Take ownership of an ongoing hardware design and lead technical specification, assembly, and rapid prototyping of custom BESS units, power electronics, and edge telemetry gateways. Utility Deployments: Move fast to oversee physical and electrical site integrations for our upcoming utility trial and pilot deployments. Supply Chain
