We are recruiting for a Payroll and Systems Administrator - Part time. At Rhenus, we believe everyone plays a crucial role. Working three days per week - Monday to Wednesday 12-15 hours per week the main duties of this role are:

  • To assist in the management and development and upkeep of various systems
  • To ensure that data is maintained with accuracy at all times
  • To support with payroll processing
  • To liaise with third parties to ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • To understand and assist with the month end payroll cycle
  • To provide administrative support across the team
  • To provide analytical and administrative support to assist in driving projects and initiatives forwards
  • Any other tasks deemed commensurate with supporting the HR team to assist in adding value to the business units it supports
  • To assist in the management of central inboxes
