Within the Region
- Responsible for the financial development and volume growth of assigned key accounts on a regional level supported by the Country Field Sales network & Key Account Management.
- Obtain an in-depth understanding of the definition, criteria and targets of the Key Account Program in the Automotive and Full Vehicle Logistics.
- Acquire an overall understanding into KAM Mindset to be adaptable into Regional KAM Culture.
- Responsible for working out high-quality executive summaries visualising key accounts' global supply chain visibility, identifying competition landscape & setting up appropriate commercial tactics.
- Proactively seeking out/identifying the value fitting into both Rhenus and key accounts to optimise customers' global supply chain process in pursuit of long-term partnerships.
- Ensure quarterly business reviews with key accounts happen as needed.
- Ensure key accounts are properly managed in CRM and TMS.
- Independently drive to serve as the link between key accounts and internal matrix stakeholders (Tender, Product, Implementation, Control Tower, OPEX, Compliance, Business Process and Senior Management) achieving the ultimate targets (long-term partnership).
Within the Global Network
- Utilise Rhenus group relationship of all divisions – Cross- & Up-Selling.
- Develop personal relationships with top global and regional decision makers of multinational accounts.
- Align with overseas peers (Regional Key Account Managers in other regions) to create a common understanding landscape of key accounts.
- Provide feedback to Key Account Management reporting line & senior management.
