We are recruiting for an Export Solutions Operator. The Road Export Operator is responsible for managing and coordinating road freight export shipments from booking through to final delivery. The role ensures shipments are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in line with customer requirements, while maintaining high service standards and strong communication with clients, hauliers, and internal teams.

Main duties:- Manage daily export planning, ensuring trailers are utilised to maximum capacity and routes are optimised for cost, efficiency, and customs requirements.
- Prepare, verify, and process export documentation (CMR, invoices, packing lists, customs documents, etc.).
- Strong understanding of export operations, trailer planning, or road freight logistics.
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident communicator able to support, guide, and challenge colleagues constructively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Experience using transport management systems (e.g., OTMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to analyse trends, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions‑focused.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
