Job Description

What you can expect

  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 (may be required to work 6:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 depending on operational requirements)

Area of Responsibility: Warehouse Administration

  • Provide administrative support to warehouse operations, ensuring all paperwork and system records are accurate and up to date.
  • Create, process, and file delivery notes, goods-in records, pick lists, and dispatch documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records for inbound, outbound, and returned goods.
  • Support shift managers and supervisors with daily operational reporting.
