You will own the technical roadmap for LVC scenario evolution, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure our training products keep pace with Army doctrine, emerging threats, and coalition interoperability requirements. Your leadership will directly shape the Army’s readiness for tomorrow’s conflicts. By fusing operational insight with technological innovation, this role shapes the realism, relevance, and reach of British Army exercises—ensuring strategic readiness across the force and with our global partners.
