You will support the Controlling Service Lead in the leading of multiple deployable teams of engineers. You will ensure that training exercises worldwide are compliant with military standards, delivered safely and effectively. You will help drive innovation in the wider Collective Training Transformation Programme and ensure our training capabilities deliver world-class readiness for the British Army both at home and on overseas operations.
