The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26400 £ per year.
Shifts will be 9am-5.30pm on a Tuesday and 9am-5.30pm on either a Saturday or Sunday (depending on business requirement). Working alongside your team of colleagues, you will engage with our customers and showcase our unique offer from the exceptional local producers we work with. Using your warm and friendly personality, your passion for delivering exceptional customer service will ensure our customers are given a memorable experience every time they stop with us.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers, sharing advice on products, suppliers, food matches and allergens. You will need to keep up to date with your product knowledge to deliver brilliant customer service.
- Rolling up your sleeves to ensure shelves are stocked, fixtures are cleaned and our displays are looking their best.
- Display stock to our creative merchandising standards maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the day trade.
- Complete the daily paperwork, ensure it is accurate and compliant with legal requirements; HACCP, product date management, allergens, be sure to escape any concerns.
You should have a positive 'can do' mindset, a passion for delivering great customer service and a willingness to learn about our products. If you have previous experience in a retail environment that's great but don't worry if you don't. We offer full training to get you up to speed and give you knowledge of all our products and how we work at the Westmorland Family.
