Working in Westmorland Kitchen, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team, helping to create memorable food experiences for our customers. You will play an important role in ensuring our chefs and production team members have a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment, with the equipment and resources they need to work efficiently in our busy production kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a constant supply of clean utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
  • Carrying out daily and weekly cleaning duties to a high standard
  • Ensuring all kitchen and washing areas remain clean, safe, and organised
  • Supporting chefs and production colleagues with kitchen preparation and set-up tasks
  • Assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operation
  • Following food hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times
