With your skill and attention to detail, you will create our remarkable dishes that will guarantee our customers have a memorable dining experience every time. Our Commis Chefs are an essential part of the kitchen team, ensuring that all ingredients are prepared and supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering exceptional standards of cooking and ensuring we cater to each of our diners' requirements.

You will help to ensure the highest standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation by following our company procedures and completing the necessary paperwork in line with the company food safety management system. The Commis Chef position is an ideal step to further your career in the kitchen. You may be looking to move on from your current Commis Chef or similar role, or alternatively, you may have experience working in a kitchen as a Team Member and may wish to start your career as a chef. We can offer full training and may even be able to support you in your career journey with us through our apprenticeship programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the kitchen team to produce dishes using local ingredients and ensure a memorable dining experience for customers.
  • Assist with ingredient preparation and support the wider kitchen team in delivering exceptional cooking standards.
  • Help maintain the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness by following company procedures and completing required paperwork under the food safety management system.
