What You Can Expect :

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 16:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily PI checks in line with cycle counting schedule - paper based/RF gun.
  • Daily stock management to include checking empty locations, less then 3's and suspend checks.
  • Maintain cycle counting spreadsheet and summary in a timely manner.
  • Perform any investigations required and report discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Ability to work on their own, prioritising work to ensure deadlines are adhered too.
  • Liaise with ops team to resolve queries. Assist ops team with stock take preparation if or when required.
  • Effectively communicate with customer service team and customer if/or when required.
  • Ability to work at a height of approx. 18m on scissor lift to perform AIR location check.
  • Providing ideas for Continuous Improvement in relation to the job role.
  • Undertake other responsible tasks that may be required from time to time as directed by the needs of the business and/or your Line Manager.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer during the weekly meetings
  • Communicate with colleagues, peers, and other internal staff to enable role to be carried out.
  • Understand colleagues and customer requirements and your role to enable these requirements to be met.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety relating to your role, site, and requirements.

What You Bring:

Skills & Knowledge

  • GSCE Maths and English grade 4 or above or equivalent
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Basic computer literacy and Excel Skills
  • Administration and organisation skills
  • Able to work with little supervision.
  • Accurate and reliable
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
  • Familiar with Accellos
