RHC Lifting, now part of WH Scott Group, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive service and project-based sales, build strong client relationships, and provide tailored technical solutions in the lifting and engineering sector.
You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities and preparing detailed quotations to project handover—while working closely with both customers and our internal design team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales or engineering looking to grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive research and outreach
- Follow up on inbound leads and nurture existing prospects
- Understand customer requirements and liaise with the design team to develop tailored solutions
- Prepare technical quotations, tenders, and costed proposals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support data-driven sales decisions
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies
- Conduct client site visits and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with business objectives
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or technical account management
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Confident communicator, able to engage with clients from shop floor to boardroom
- Technically inclined—ideally with knowledge or experience in lifting equipment, engineering, or industrial products
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing support
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare accurate, customer-focused proposals
