We are recruiting an experienced Temporary Staffing Bookings Assistant (Band 5) to support an NHS temporary workforce team. This is a fast-paced operational role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage daily bank/temporary staffing activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate bank/temporary staffing bookings to meet service demand
- Use HealthRoster to manage rosters, bookings, and staffing requirements
- Use ESR for workforce administration and staff records
- Liaise with managers, bank staff and internal stakeholders to ensure shifts are filled
- Ensure compliance and accurate records are maintained
Essential Requirements:
- Proven NHS temporary staffing / bank office experience
- Strong working knowledge of HealthRoster (Allocate)
- Confident using ESR (Electronic Staff Record)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Able to work onsite in Bournemouth (BH7 7DW) and deliver at pace
Pay Rates:
- Weekday: £22.00 per hour
- Saturday: £27.00 per hour
- Sunday: £30.00 per hour
