We are seeking an experienced Ward Manager to join a clinical service in DL2 1TS. This is a great opportunity for a qualified nurse or registered practitioner with leadership experience in a relevant care setting.
You will be responsible for leading the ward team, managing staffing and rotas, overseeing clinical standards, supervision, training, care planning, medicines management, incident handling, and supporting effective MDT working. This role includes 60% supernumerary and 40% clinical duties.
