RHC 360 Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Deputy Finance Business Partner to support an NHS Trust on a full-time 3-month contract. This is a Band 8a role and would suit a strong NHS finance professional with experience in financial management, budget monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis and supporting senior operational teams. The successful candidate will provide financial advice and management information to senior managers and budget holders, supporting the delivery of financial objectives, cost improvement plans and accurate monthly reporting.
Key duties will include:
- Providing financial advice to senior managers and budget holders
- Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports
- Monitoring income, expenditure, budgets and forecasts
- Supporting Cost Improvement Plans and financial recovery actions
- Investigating budget variances and recommending corrective action
- Providing financial input into business cases and service planning
- Supporting financial planning, reporting and performance reviews
- Working closely with finance teams, service managers and corporate teams
Requirements:
- Previous NHS finance experience is highly desirable
