We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Theatres Matron for a Band 8b opportunity based in HA7 4LP. This is a senior theatre leadership role requiring a candidate with strong experience in:

  • operating theatres / perioperative services
  • theatre management
  • patient safety and clinical governance
  • workforce planning and staff leadership
  • quality improvement and service delivery
  • operational and budget accountability

Essential:

  • Current NMC registration
