We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Theatres Matron for a Band 8b opportunity based in HA7 4LP. This is a senior theatre leadership role requiring a candidate with strong experience in:
- operating theatres / perioperative services
- theatre management
- patient safety and clinical governance
- workforce planning and staff leadership
- quality improvement and service delivery
- operational and budget accountability
